Empowering the Spider Network
Increase number and quality of career opportunities, specifically internships and jobs, for students and alumni by cultivating, expanding and tracking recruiting partnerships and by particularly fostering relationships with alumni.
Construct and implement an innovative strategic framework for volunteer engagement in order to manage, encourage and increase purposeful student and alumni interaction with each other and with the Office of Alumni and Career Services.
Work collaboratively with the University community to enact and effectively communicate a structured “fifth year experience” that increases student readiness for post-graduate life and prepares students to become active alumni.
Expand and enhance career advising services for alumni and targeted student populations within the School of Arts & Sciences, Jepson School of Leadership and the Robins School of Business.
Evaluate and strategically integrate programs with a focus on student and alumni engagement, participation and satisfaction.
Integrate strategic and value-added office processes and procedures that offer consistency across functional areas and contribute to University-wide systems and strategies.
